The concept is that you are willing to give away some information for free (in your article) to help people. Your goal is for people to say, “Hey, that’s some pretty valuable information he (or she) just gave me in that article! I think this person knows what they’re talking about and I’d like to learn more from them.” If you can create some real value for your readers, they will trust you and want to learn more from you.

Believe it or not, you don’t have to be an accomplished author to have success with either article submissions or blogging as lead generation strategies. You just need to be consistent by continuing to write good content, and be yourself. Remember, people buy from people that they like and trust – so be a real person.
